To play a lead role in the co-ordination and delivery of occupational therapy care to children and young adults with life limiting conditions and their families. To develop and disseminate the clinical application of occupational therapy within Children and Young Adults Service. To work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing a high quality service to children and young adults and their families. To contribute to interagency and inter-professional collaboration and team work to ensure that delivery of care is timely, well co-ordinated, effective and appropriate to need.
