**Salary: £ 38,250 - £ 42,185 p.a. (Including shift allowance) + overtime + benefits**

**Suitable For: Shift Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Shift Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Shift Manager.**

**The Role**

Effective management of your team to deliver products on time, to cost and at levels of quality compliant with programme demands

Manage shift production plan, ensuring availability of resources

Analyse non-conformance and rectification actions

Ensuring your team operate in accordance with the Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental policies

Managing the testing quarantine area for your department

Ensure compliance with Standard operating procedures

Raising incidents on system for maintenance breakdowns, developing preventative maintenance programmes

Managing local KPI’s, analyse and establish improvement actions in line with business targets

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities

Ensure quality targets are achieved and problems are reported and investigated

Previous leadership experience gained within a complex manufacturing environment

Committed to achieving set goals, targets and objectives.

Qualification or experience in Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, complex Manufacturing.

A qualification in Operations / Manufacturing management is advantageous (e.g., ILM)

A good understanding of Lean Manufacturing

Excellent management qualities, positively models’ behavior and leads by example

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage team leaders and engage workforce.

Excellent communication skills written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation.
