Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Psychologist on a permanent basis to work for the UK's largest hospital group.

**On a typical day you will**:
Key responsibilities of the role within the Intensive Treatment Programme workstream will include working as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and treatments. Psychological interventions span the range of evidenced-based therapies for PTSD and Complex-PTSD, including TF-CBT, NET, CPT, CFT for trauma and PE (EMDR is also now being included in our treatment options for specific presentations). There will also be responsibilities relating to the clinical supervision of Trainee Clinical/Counselling Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, and other professionals engaged in delivering psychologically informed interventions, where required.
**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- Post Graduate Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society, or British Psychological Society Statement of Equivalence or fully qualified CAAP (Adult)
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a clinical psychologist or a counselling psychologist
- Doctoral level knowledge of research methodology, research design and data analysis as practiced within the clinical fields of psychology
- CBT therapist with a core clinical professional background (e.g., nursing, social work, occupational therapy) with BABCP accreditation
