An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Whittington Health, Haringey Pain Management team, to lead the administration team

This is a newly establishing service which is looking for an enthusiastic admin member to join the multidisciplinary team.

The department provides a friendly working environment with supportive and experienced Team leads. You will be part of the larger, dynamic admin team, receiving regular training and meeting opportunities.

To provide of a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administrative service for the Pain Management Service. To be responsible for Data Quality. The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with Haringey Pain Management service users and colleagues.

The post holder will require knowledge of specialist functional/medical/legal terms, organisational policies and procedures and knowledge and experience to deal with non-routine issues such as problem solving for developing alternative or additional procedures, liaising with other services such as IT to set up new systems as required.
