Picker/packer

**Position Overview**: As a Pick and Packer specialised in quality control and packaging, you will be an essential part of our operations team. Your role will involve meticulously inspecting products, preparing them for shipping, and ensuring they are beautifully packaged and ready to delight our customers. Your expertise in quality assurance and packaging techniques will contribute to the seamless flow of our products from production to delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**: Thoroughly inspect products from the production line, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
- **Cleaning and Preparation**: Clean and prepare items for packaging, removing any dust, debris, or imperfections.
- **Bubble Wrapping**: Expertly wrap delicate items with bubble wrap to ensure they are well-protected during transit.
- **Gift Boxing**: Carefully assemble and pack products into gift boxes, following provided guidelines for a visually appealing presentation.
- **Brown Boxing**: Skillfully pack items into standard shipping boxes, maximizing space efficiency while maintaining product safety.
- **Order Accuracy**: Ensure each order is accurately picked, packed, and labelled, matching the provided packing list or order details.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other team members to prioritise tasks, meet order deadlines, and contribute to a smooth workflow.
- **Quality Improvement**: Provide feedback to the production team regarding any recurring quality issues and suggest improvements.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and clean working environment.

Working days are 11:00 - 19:30, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
