Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a graduate with at least three year’s experience to work within the Supply Chain Team in a well-established local company.

Permanent

Monday to Friday 40hrs per week

£30k - £35k per annum

**Duties of the Procurement Graduate**:

- Source and purchase materials, goods, and services required.
- Create purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company
policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers by effective communication and
timely resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and quality standards are met.
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities and areas for
improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on procurement analytics.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline procurement operations
and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on procurement activities.

Requirements of the Procurement Graduate:

- Hold a degree in similar field.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Numerate with strong attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient with SAGE or an equivalent procurement software system.
