Erecting timber frame house and complete complex roofs

installing stairs

installing fascia and soffit

cscs card is necessary

crane erect so all crane tickets required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £100.00-£400.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangor: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
- Timberframe/roofing: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
