The Digital Media team at the V&A leads the design and development of a suite of visitor-facing digital products and services. We recently launched our award-winning collections website - _Explore the Collections_ - and we have a rolling programme of improvements and an ambitious roadmap. This includes further development of _Explore the Collections_ and a significant expansion to the V&A digital estate to support the growing multisite V&A family.

The Digital Product Designer helps to define the V&A’s digital experience both online and in our buildings. Working closely with the Design Lead and product and tech teams within the Digital Media department, the Digital Product Designer develops the UX and UI of digital products and features across the V&A portfolio.

We are looking for someone with broad experience across interaction, user experience and visual design, strong communication skills, understanding of design standards, and the ability to use a range of tools, technologies, and methodologies to turn user insights into design solutions. This is an exciting time to join the team, as we support the growth of our digital product portfolio and online engagement to support the opening of V&A East and the Young V&A.
