Shot Blaster and General Operative

GCS require a Shot Blasting Operative/General Operative. We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic person, with a can do attitude. Experience would be an advantage but, for the right person training would be provided. The right attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Duties will include:

- Preparation of machinery and equipment for painting.
- Some stripping and reassembly.
- Cleaning and maintenance of your area.
- Refurbishment of machinery for sale.
- Meeting of deadlines in order to allow workshop time to fit out after blasting and painting.
- Some basic mechanical tasks in the workshop.

In return we offer industry leading rates of pay, 28 days holiday per year increasing with service. Wage would depend on experience.

GCS has been established 36 years with roots in farming, machinery and property.

Hours starting at 7.30am until 5.00pm located at our Horncastle depot.
