Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for a great **Mental Health Nurse** **in a crisis and home treatment team. **This role will be providing assessment, care and treatment to patients in the commmunity in a **Norfolkbased service**.

Experience in community mental health is required as the service would require someone to hit the ground running and be a real asset to the service. They also need someone with the following:

- Demonstrate effective risk assesment and risk management experience
- Knowledge and experience of MHA and MCA
- Leadership skills to lead a duty and team
- Excellent communitation skills
- Excellent written skills
- Able to lone work and make positive risk decisions based on evidence based practise.
- Able to work as part of a team and work collaboraively with other services.
- Time management is essential to ensure team safety and wellbeing.
