Extrusion Operator

Bluestones-Staffing are working with a leading manufacturing company in Belfast, who are looking to add a Extrusion Helper to there team.

**Duties**:

- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene in accordance with the company hygiene policy.
- Reporting illness and injury to management in line with company policy.
- Having regard for their own personal safety and welfare and that of others in the workplace.
- Adhering to GMP as described in company policies and procedures.
- Participating in training as required.
- Carry out in Process and Final Checks
- Ensure correctly calibrated tools are used to carry out all tests
- Identify non-conforming product, place in quarantine area and identify by placing HOLD labels on stock.
- Handle all materials in such a way as to prevent damage, deterioration and loss.
- Understand the process for acceptance of Customer supplied product as per specification supplied by manufacturer.
- Report all incidents.
- Adhere to company guidelines for Hazard and Risk Analysis.
- Clean and line rollers with company approved sanitiser.
- Order assembly, packing and packaging, ensuring branding is correct.
- Materials for reprocessing.

**Experience**:

- Core cutting
- Pallet Wrapping
- Fork lift and pallet truck operation preferred

Shift pattern on a 3 week cycle.
- 07.00am-15.00pm, 15.00pm-23.00pm and 23.00pm-07.00am.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast, BT5 6SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
