PIB Group has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time HR Administrator to join the HR Team based in Retford.
The team provides transactional HR support to approximately 2,500 colleagues and managers across the PIB Group, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail and an excellent standard of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities **
- Be the first point of contact for handling HR administrative queries using the Freshdesk ticketing system
- Carry out all new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts, and set up on the HR system (Zeus)
- Issuing of all onboarding information to new starters, and associated administrative processes
- Maintain employee Zeus records, ensuring that these meet Company, legislative and regulatory requirements
- Administration of company benefits via both Zeus and the flexible benefits system (Apollo), ensuring data is up to date, accurate and all relevant joining / leaving paperwork for benefits schemes is submitted,
- Provide administrative support for any changes of benefit/status, including timely and accurate liaison with the payroll team, and the production/issuing of variation to contract letters
**Skills and Experience**
- You will need to be an efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be organised with the ability to prioritise work effectively and to be able to work to tight deadlines.
- You will need to be willing and able to work with other team members to complete joint pieces of work, and team tasks
- You will need to have experience working in a fast paced, administration environment
