Reporting directly to the Night Manager & Assistant Night Manager, the role of Night Porter is paramount in supporting the Night Audits and all operational departments throughout the hotel, so excellent communication skills are essential.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with guest queries and requests
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout both hotels
- Answering telephone queries & using the booking system
- Preparation of light snack menu & serving alcoholic drinks
- Ensuring that all departments are ready for the following day
- Other duties required to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests
