Our client, a leading media company is growing their business to serve some of the world's biggest industrial sectors: shipping, seafood, renewables oil & gas. They deliver industry-leading independent Journalism, analysis and content, helping professionalsto make smarter decisions. They have market leading media and event platforms, international publications and a digital presence.

They have offices in London, Singapore, across the US and in Europe.

They are now looking for a Conference Producer.

**Responsibilities**:
Working under the direction of the Conference Director and relevant/ assigned Editorial team-member throughout the events’ life-cycle.

As the Conference Producer, you’ll produce compelling content, secure speakers and manage the delivery of the events. Within the role, you’ll understand trends in the sector, link up with professionals and create fresh new content from the leading-edge workbeing done in the wider sector.

The team will employ event production processes you’ll be familiar with, but we are driven by quality and give our producers the time and support to develop their event programmes. We benefit from a strong brand which allows for extremely high conversionrates for speaker acquisition and our contacts are always open to talk and offer insight at research phase.

**What we hope you can bring to the role**

You’ll be an event professional, who is process driven and commercially minded, with experience of producing technical commercial events with a strong track record for their financial success. You’ll also have a passion for research and technical topics.

As a naturally inquisitive individual you’ll be able to develop your interest in their sectors, advances, issues, processes and solutions.

Speaker Acquisition - Identifying high-level, influential industry experts and to speak at the conference.

Understand and predict event production so as to properly align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected or required budget parameters.

Generating new ideas for content of conferences based on global trends.

Develop creative, dynamic marketing plans and collateral to promote the events effectively.

Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior level industry professionals.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 4 years experience in events’ content development in b2b or trade conference industry.

Significant event production experience, for both live and streamed events.

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

Competent in event life-cycle and project management, research and attention to detail.

Strategic thinker who can identity emerging trends and market shifts.

Digitally savvy, professional demeanour, superior communication and presentation skills.

Ability to gather, organize and summarize large volumes of data.

Proven ability to deliver in a deadline-driven public relations and communications environment.

Strong creative vision and point of view for events, event video and overall conference production.

Strong interpersonal skills and "get it done" philosophy.

Upbeat and positive attitude with an always client-focused personality.

Demonstrates flexibility under tight deadlines including identifying key trade-offs.
