Our client, a leading FE college in London, is looking for a Work Placement Officer with experience of working across curriculum a range of areas (from Health, Science, and Childcare to Digital Media, Engineering, and Construction).

As a valued member of this institution, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, organising, supporting, and assessing professional practice work placements for students in a range of industries.
- Salary of £32,050 - £34,690 including London weighting
- Access benefits including: generous annual leave, public sector pension scheme and great opportunities for professional development
- Permanent role - full-time (36 hours)
- Play a crucial role in developing opportunities and assisting in the implementation of course outputs related to work placements
- This role will involve collaborating with curriculum staff, Student Services, and Employer Engagement teams to support the college's employability goals

**Requirements**:

- Relevant vocational qualification at level 3 or higher
- Minimum level 2 in Maths and English
- Post-qualified experience in a relevant vocational setting
- Experience in supervising students in placement
- Ability to work independently, manage change, and problem-solve
- Enthusiasm for helping young people achieve their best
