Salary - £23,000 - £28,000 per annum with opportunity to become a Shareholder of Rainbow with share options as part of the package.

Exciting East London-based sustainability start-up are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to help things run super smoothly at our warehouse in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. For this role you will be responsible for collating and packing hardware and loading it into our Driver’s vehicles. Along with unloading deliveries from HGV’s there will be stock taking duties. We are looking for someone with flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a great sense of humour is a must

**What you will do**
- Collating and packing of stock for our solar installations
- Unloading (and loading) of HGV delivery vehicles
- Organising stock
- Assisting with stock takes
- Occasionally liaising with suppliers
- Keeping the warehouse clean and compliant with Health and Safety requirements
- Occasionally required to deliver stock to customer sites

**What you will need**
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong values
- Team ethos
- Clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Be comfortable using leading edge technology
- Physical fitness is a must for this role
- Forklift truck licence - Counterbalance B1 is desirable
