Hours: Full-time, Night Shifts

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Porter to join our team at the Crewe Arms Hotel in Crewe. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests during the night shift.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests during the night shift.
- Set up the restaurant for Breakfast
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Carry out regular patrols of the hotel to ensure that all areas are secure.
- Respond to any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
- Set up and clear away conference and banqueting facilities as required.
- Assist with any other duties as required by the hotel management team.
- Various Cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts on a rota basis.
- A valid driving license would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.45 per hour
