Join our brand new team at a seasonal venue on Cleethorpes Promenade. We are opening an all American diner style restaurant, serving basic baskets of American food, drinks, and desserts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture and contribute to a fun and vibrant dining experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Bar Staff/Waitress, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Taking orders from customers and serving drinks and food in a friendly and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including clearing tables and cleaning dishes
- Assisting with stock management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries and requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and potentially additional shifts during peak season
- Basic knowledge of American cuisine and drinks is advantageous
- Food hygiene certification is a plus

Working Hours and Compensation:

- Initially, the working hours will be from 10 AM to 8 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- As the season progresses, a two-shift team will be added to accommodate increased demand
- Wages will be set as a weekly in arrears salary
- Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process

**Salary**: £7.94-£11.36 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
