**Street Lighting Administrator**

**Job Purpose**
- To work on an existing Highway Maintenance Contract.
- To support East Sussex Highways Street Lighting Department.

**Department Overview**
- Assist Electrical team responsible for managing and maintain all assets.
- You are responsible to your reporting Manager stated above for the execution of your individual job responsibilities. You shall:

- "Be Safe" and work in line with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures; setting a positive example to others)
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and encourage desired behaviours in others
- Maintain a good working relationship with Client and other Stakeholders
- Manage and control your section of the work according to the agreed programmes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Your specific duties and responsibilities are listed below.

Responsible to the Street Lighting / Electrical Operations Manager for:

- To raise the relevant jobs on Salesforce either from Night Scouts or any Ad Hoc reports
- To ensure jobs are scheduled out to appropriate gangs in a timely manner
- Liaise with UKPN regarding supply faults and requesting emergency attendance
- To produce monthly figures for SPI results
- Process UKPN invoices
- To update inventory when required from newly adopted assets, changes of existing assets on scheme
- Work or from ad hoc changes carried out to the assets
- Assist contact centre and other colleagues with street lighting queries
- Arrange permit requests with network management and stop/start permits
- Provide clerical assistance to operatives as required
- To provide full administrative support as required.
