**Role Overview**:
As a Team Leader in our pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our distribution processes comply with regulatory standards and meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance levels.
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical distribution.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality assurance, and customer service, to meet customer demands and resolve any issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and develop training plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Ensure a safe working environment, promoting and enforcing proper safety practices and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant regulations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other related software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Shift Patterns Available**:

- 2pm-10pm
- 10pm-6am

Pay will be circa £26,000 based on experience and can be adjusted.
