Despatch Operative

**Despatch Operative required in Dunmurry for a busy warehouse**

**PERM POSITION**

**£25000 - £26500**

**4 DAY WEEK**

**Job duties**:

- To pick and pack orders in accordance with paperwork for despatch
- Movement of products - Move products from stores and goods area to designated stores area
- Receive and process customer orders for products to be shipped
- Carry out stock takes
- Assist stock control with stock takes - keep track of stock levels
- Loading and unloading of deliveries and movement of stock
- Complete paperwork in relation to daily pick ups
- Preparation of dispatch documentation for customer orders as required - shipping documents, invoices etc
- Handling of despatch orders as per requirements
- Checking documentation is correct and matches invoices
- Handling any issues such as delays, damages or incorrect shipments

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a dispatch operative role
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work to deadlines for deliveries etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,350.00-£26,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dunmurry, County Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Dispatching: 1 year (required)
- despatch operative: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
