I am currently partnered with an extremely high-growth organisation in the Blackburn area who are recruiting for a AR Clerk / Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. The business are looking for an AR Clerk/Accounts Assistant to assist on Transactional and month-end finance duties to help the wider accounts team

As the AR Clerk/Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for core transactional Finance duties as well as providing support to the wider finance team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Posting of daily cash receipts
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Inter Company bank transfers and reconciliations
- Sending DD files/refunds
- Payments back to clients in connection with revenue collection
- Esco debt management including aged debtors and instigating legal action as required
- Producing reports to management
- Reconciling cash held to client monies owed
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Ad Hoc duties as required

**Key skills required**:

- Previous Accounts experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Able to work within a team and autonomously

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and develop your knowledge within Accounting by working closely with the wider finance team, whilst being responsible for managing several areas of finance.
