We are seeking several Managers for a large and well-established provider of care for Children and Young People. They have positions available in Abergavenny, Newport, and near Porth. The organisation is built upon understanding and helping children, not justcaring for them.
Your new role
You will be a Registered Manager in a residential home, in an organisation that builds and promotes from within. You will be based in a home with children and young people from a whole range of ages (home dependant), supporting them to live their lives fully.The organisation has a foundation in helping and developing both its residents and staff, and you will be a key part of this.
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF 5 (Children preferred, adults considered)
- Demonstratable experience leading teams in a care setting
- Demonstratable experience in a residential or children's setting
- Ability to drive a vehicle

What you'll get in return
- £35,000 to £45,000
- On call one weekend in four
