At TJX Europe, we’re looking for Associate Trainers to join the team and help us train and develop our associates to reach their full potential, supporting the training department to deliver high standards of training to new and existing associates. This role will be key in the support and delivery of training in preperation of the launch of our new Warehouse Management System.

As an Associate trainer you will partner with Line managers to provide the necessary training or coaching in order to maintain the site skill levels and agility, whilst providing support and feedback to associates and identifying development needs. You will be responsible for the delivery of technical training in all areas of the processing centre, including driving quality, Healtha & Safety, performance and supporting new associates to onboard effectively enabling the team to improve their skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Train and coach new associates during their onboarding period and deliver training to existing associates to support the site upskilling strategies.
- Deliver induction, safe systems of work and a range of technical training aligned to distribution processes and agreed work instructions
- Monitor associates performance and provide balanced feedback
- record daily production outcomes against priorities.
- Create action plans, building SMART goals and targets to enable associates to improve and develop performance.
- Build and develop relationships with associates and line managers to develop credible partnerships and aid associate development.
- Take an active role in the ownership of training team goals and support the delivery of priorities
- Support continuous improvement strategies, identifying improvements to development programmes and ways of working

**Key skills, Knowledge and experience**
- Experience developing individuals, identifying talent and potential.
- Experience goal setting
- Plans and prioritises own time effectively
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Manhattan WMS would be beneficial but not essential
