Are you a Project Manager or do you have a background in building refurbishment or QS and are looking to progress your career rapidly, playing a lead role within a high turnover, bespoke refurbishment and maintenance business working across the South Eastof London taking a lead position in various hospitality refurbishment projects?

Are you looking to play an integral part of a business which has quickly become the leading name in Leisure Refurbishment and reactive/planned maintenance, who take exceptional pride in their ability to train and promote staff, allowing them to develop andflourish in the workplace with unlimited progression routes?
Working alongside the senior management team and contracts managers, you will be in charge of maintaining site programmes and assisting in the planning and initial setups of new sites, whist supporting the company to secure new projects to add to the businessesgrowing portfolio.

**The Role**:

- Working with the Contracts Manager to maintain site programmes
- Assisting in the planning and programming of the initial set up of new sites
- Visiting various sites and reporting back to contracts manager on progress
- Assisting with commercial duties and tender returns
- Assisting with health and safety requirements

**The Person**:

- Experience in Project Management / Contract Management / Refurbishment / Maintenance
- Full UK Driving License
