An exciting job opportunity has become available in the Mass Vaccinations Immunisation Team in the Mid and South of the County.

We are looking for a registrant immuniser to join our team. All training will be provided, previous experience desirable but not essential.

You role will be to working in the Mass Vaccination Service as a registrant immuniser and supervisor of band 3 immunisers. You will work closely in a small team, providing Covid-19 vaccination to eligible cohorts.

You will responsible for all aspects of care for citizens ranging from pre-vaccination assessment, careful management of the vaccine and administration of vaccination. to eligible citizens. You will provide guidance and support to the band 3 immunisers you will be working with, and will liaise with the Clinical lead nurse who will support you in your role.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and will work closely with the MDT in the vaccination centre to ensure the safe delivery of vaccinations to the local population in the Mid and South of the county.
