We operate a business partner approach working closely with our college leaders. As a team, we are seen as responsive, knowledgeable and solution focused. If you can quickly build strong credible relationships with college managers, understand their challenges, support them with complex casework, support their resourcing and workforce planning requirements, and coach and empower them to pro-actively manage and support our staff throughout their time with us, we would really like to hear from you.
