We require a receptionist to join our ever-expanding team. We require a welcoming receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of a Dental Receptionist:
Welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic.

Booking in patients and answering any queries they may have, using a customer focused manner showing compassion and professional manner.

Following up on potentail leads coming into the practice and logging them.

Reviewing the diary to follow-up patients who cancel, miss an appointment, whilst ensuring courtesy reminders are sent about upcoming appointments using the dental software system.

Ensuring patient records and personal data are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Ensuring the reception and public areas are clean, tidy,

Must haves:
You will have proven front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential.
- Motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards
- Great at offering a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors
- Can work collaboratively with all colleagues and the wider business
- A drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey in line with the company's visions and values

**Salary**: £7.89-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
