**The Role**
- You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- You will identify opportunities to grow the business through new service offerings and client acquisition.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
- You will have 7+ Years’ PQE of relevant experience in a professional services firm or a similar industry, with a strong track record of managing and growing a business.
- A Corporate background with a degree from a top tier University is essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively and strong business acumen.
