Permanent, full-time

Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm

Friday 9am - 3pm

Here at Ethical Utilities, we understand the increase in daily costs are challenging for most. That’s why we are working with businesses of all sizes, to help them recover money which they may not know they paid for current or historic services. For us to do this, we’re actively increasing our Sales Executive (know internally as Claims Handlers) operation within our offices at Cobalt Business Park. As a Claims Handler, you will actively prospect new clients mainly via telephone, to discuss their past and current situations and understand whether they qualify to make a claim.

**What You Need**:

- A can-do attitude and the ability to deal with challenges
- A natural ability to talk to customers and build rapport
- Previous telephone sales experience
- Ideally, you will have some prior knowledge of the Energy/Utility Market
- Self-motivation, with the desire to achieve targets within your role
- Be able to work in a fun team culture
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate complex solutions simply and concisely

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting new business by outbound calling
- Efficiently and accurately processing new claims on behalf of our clients, confidently representing the interface between the customer and the Company
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers
- Collecting all documents in relation to claims and ensuring these are stored correctly
- Liaising with our customers and any third parties to ensure swift resolution of any issues
- Achieve monthly KPI’s set out in your one to one
- To swiftly, professionally and efficiently answer queries, once a detailed knowledge of the claim handling process has been gained
- At all times to promote image of Ethical Utilities through the provision of the highest level of customer service and professionalism
