This iconic and award-winning Hotel are looking for additional bar staff within our busy banqueting department
- **Full and Part time roles available across various shifts and days.**_

**Tasks involve**:

- Welcoming guests
- Taking orders and providing information on various menus
- Delivering excellent customer service to all guests
- Setting and clearing food service areas before, during and after service
- Preparing beverages and cocktails
- Serving table wines

In your role you will assist in the delivery of our food and service offerings in service areas including the award-winning Pineapple - Seafood & Grill Restaurant, our fantastic 4 outdoor “under the stars” dining domes and drawing room. Our team also extends to our 1236 at the Cave Bar and Estate Wing Ballroom.
