**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:** Our Home -**
We are all independent in our own ways here at Cheshire Ave.
We all require support in lots of different ways, such as 1:1’s, shopping calls, domestic calls, meds calls, cuppa and a chat, accessing the community for activities etc.
**What is important to us**
We are all moving into our new homes, we are a mixture of male and female, ranging in ages from 18-55 years old. Some of us will be moving out for the first time from our family homes, others will be making the move due to broken down previous placements.
**Our Home**
Our home is based in Birtley, Chester-le-street, just off of the A1. Cheshire Avenue is a street of 4 homes. Each home has a large living and sperate kitchen area and 2 bedrooms. Each home has a large back garden and parking space at the front. We are looking forward to decorating our homes, and spending time in our gardens.
Each person will have 1:1 or 2:1 support through the day, meaning there will be between 4 and 8 support workers required per day shift and up to 4 waking night shifts while we settle into our new homes, this may be reduced once we feel settled and get to know our teams
