The Workshop Inspector is responsible for inspecting and certifying aircraft components and assemblies in accordance with EASA and UKCAA Part 145/Part 21G regulations. This role ensures that maintenance, repair, and production activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspection and Certification**:

- Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft components and assemblies to ensure compliance with EASA/UKCAA Part 145 and Part 21G requirements.
- Certify the airworthiness of components after maintenance or production activities.
- Review and approve maintenance records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all workshop activities comply with EASA/UKCAA regulations and company procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in aviation regulations and implement necessary adjustments in inspection processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality audits and assessments of workshop processes and procedures.
- Identify non-conformities and potential areas for improvement, recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff regarding inspection standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the training and development of workshop personnel.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and reports.
- Prepare and present reports on inspection findings, compliance issues, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and overall workshop performance.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative solutions in inspection and quality assurance.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, or production within an EASA/UKCAA Part 145/Part 21G environment.
- Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the aviation industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of EASA/UKCAA Part 145 and Part 21G regulations.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
