We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Butler, Housekeeping —all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity.
We're on the hunt for an experienced **Office Administrator **who thrives in a rapidly growing company. The successful applicant will be working directly with the **HOME** founders and will be offered equity as part of their package.
Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including process building and structure development with a need for live response to the companies many different group chats
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in preparing for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and taking minutes
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Data entry and clerical skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
