**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment and fixtures, painting, and performing general upkeep of the building.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
