**Responsibilities**:

- Directing traffic safely around the construction site
- Ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated areas
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site
- Coordinating with the site manager to ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
- Assisting with utility locating as needed
- Operating Caterpillar equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid Traffic Marshall certification
- Experience working in a construction environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
