Our sales contact centre advisors play a crucial role in delivering world class customer experiences and liaising with customers through telephone and digital communications to arrange both physical and virtual appointments which will result in sales. This is the perfect opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our award-winning business, be part of a performing team and develop in their career.

The role is 40hrs per week with fixed shift patterns, set well in advance so you have room to plan. you will work Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends required and you will get time back during the week.

This is a full-time office-based role where collaboration and continual growth are key to ensuring we create a centre of excellence.

You will be joining our team of advisors and your role requires you to have great computer skills, be confident working within a target-based environment and achieving KPI’s. You’ll be a natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily.

Teamwork is essential along with great customer service, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Motor trade experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
