Our Wealth Propositions team in Wealth Management and Insurance is looking for a new Product Proposition Executive to manage and deliver a programme of communications to both customers and colleagues, along with supporting the team in product development.

You’ll join the team who manage investment product propositions plus Select and Private Banking marketing with responsibility for achieving the business value plan through delivery of propositions and campaigns, customer, and internal communications.

**The difference you’ll make**:

- Supporting the delivery of the implementation of the Private Banking and Select marketing plans to grow
- Developing and delivering supporting customer and internal communications
- Working across different business areas and with 3rd parties to ensure understanding of the requirement and timely delivery of activities
- Reporting and reviewing the performance of direct communications
- Maintaining the content on the Wealth websites pages for Retail, Select and Private Banking

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to analyse business and customer metrics and insights, presenting your findings, and making recommendations
- Previous experience of working on Investments or within a commercial marketing environment

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- An understanding of the Investments market and products would be beneficial
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, developed from working within a people environment
- Experience of delivering clear communications for both customers and colleagues
- Project management experience or working on change or transformation projects

**How we’ll reward you**:
As well as a salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs.
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
- 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
