E-commerce Assistant

We are looking to recruit an ecommerce assistant to join the existing team and support the growth of its brands globally by providing excellent customer service and administration support. GaraDry Ltd is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative weather seal products, supplying customers around the world.

The role would primarily be dealing with the US side of the company, hence the working hours.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and would suit an enthusiastic, passionate individual who’s looking to start a career in e-commerce.

**Duties will include**:

- Processing of website and marketplace orders
- Producing quotations and proforma invoices
- Inputting data into CMS
- Maintaining website and marketplace content accuracy
- General office and administration duties ad hoc

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience in eCommerce would be a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new systems and protocols quickly
- Full training will be provided

**Working hours**: 35 Hours. Monday - Friday (2pm - 10pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
