Job Role: Showroom Receptionist with admin duties

Apex Blinds Ltd is a leading manufacturer and installer of blinds, shutters and awnings. We are a fast-growing business and are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and motivated individual, who will add to our dynamic team and fit the current culture of the business.

**Duties**
- Processing quotations, orders, and payments / Data inputting/ Dairy management
- Reception duties/showroom sales
- Taking calls and dealing with queries professionally
- Actively participate in showroom hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services).

Training on products and services will be provided.
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Any other tasks as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in office environment and CRM systems
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.

**Salary: Competitive Salary based on Experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 to £25,000.00 (Based on experience)

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
- 38 hours per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Previous experience in blinds industry (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
