About the role
Central Car Auctions in Glasgow are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator within their Group Trade Department.
**About the role**:
You will be responsible for collating and allocating all Arnold Clark trade vehicles to auctions throughout the UK. In addition, you will assist the team with all reports including debtors and invoicing.
**Hours**: 8am - 4.30pm (15mins discretionary break, 1 hour unpaid lunch)
**Day-to-day duties**:
Use of Microsoft Power App and SharePoint to collate & allocate transport.
Accurately reviewing information provided by branches.
Dealing with a busy outlook inbox and answering telephone queries.
Producing excel reports for Directors and Management team.
Invoicing vehicles sold at auctions.
General administrative duties as and when required.
**Essential skills**:
Previous office experience required
High levels of organisation and accuracy
Great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Microsoft excel & outlook experience.
**Good to have but not essential**:
Kerridge experience
Microsoft teams
