**Role Responsibilities**:

- Online Identification checks.
- Ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by regularly following up outstanding documents/information with all parties.
- Producing relevant documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Checking of client’s mortgage offer documents for accuracy.
- Able to carry out data entry tasks at a good pace, whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Experience of having worked in a regulated environment.
- Product knowledge from key lenders across the market
- Experience of both ‘prime’ and ‘sub-prime’ lenders
- Able to work to potential deadlines that are often requested by clients.
- Able to build strong relationships with BDMs and Lender Support Staff
- A strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Highly motivated and driven with excellent communication skills and strong values.

**Location**:
The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or are a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office and shops.
