We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Maintenance Assistant at our care home in Sleights, Whitby.

4 days per week 9am-4pm

To action both planned and reactive maintenance issues & prioritise in terms of urgency

**Building Maintenance Skills-**

Plumbing, joinery, plastering skills

Painting and decorating skills

Fire alarm drill testing

Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks/taps/lights

Water temperature checks

Health and safety knowledge relating to building maintenance

Expected hours: 27 per week
