As an Operations Sports Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for team leaders and advisors, providing direct support for any issues that may need escalating, in turn supporting the continued growth of the operation.

The Operations Sports Support department is responsible for overseeing queries relating to bet settlement and trading issues, and act as the point of contact for our customer service and Trading teams.

Relevant training will be provided from your first day on all aspects of the role, giving you the required skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of sports and betting.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Initiative and an innovative approach to problem solving.
- Passion to coach, develop and motivate others.
- Proven ability to drive change.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Overseeing activities of the team, ensuring that adequate resources and technical skills are available to service internal customers in accordance with departmental and Company standards.
- Coordinating shift management.
- Conducting feedback sessions and consistently coaching and developing staff.
- Identifying training needs for individuals based on performance indicators, productivity statistics and feedback.
- Motivating and leadership of all team members.
- Ensuring that team members remain both task and goal orientated at all times.
- Identifying improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes within the Operations Sports Support department.
- Ensuring timely, accurate and consistent documentation of projects, policies, procedures and service issues.
- Acting as a liaison with other departments within the organisation and interacting with staff when resolving complex issues.
