At Bond Oxborough Phillips, we're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our remarkable residential sales team in Tavistock. This is an entry-level role in which you'll be given the chance to learn all the different aspects of Estate Agency operations through an excellent development and training program. With a basic salary of £10,000 plus uncapped commission and great career progression opportunities, this is a great opportunity for those looking to get started in Estate Agency.

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll help customers locate their ideal property. With guidance, you'll be tasked with creating and booking property valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and finalising sales. Additionally, you'll be maximising opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor as well as referring solicitors for the conveyancing process.
