As a Barclays Product Owner, you will report to the Chief Product Owner to execute the strategy, development and delivery of the critical Wholesale Customer Onboarding workflow and analytics Product. For this role, you will work closely with the Accountable Executive and Business Architecture to deliver key strategic business outcomes. **Working Flexibly**

**What will you be doing?**:

- Working with the Chief Product Owner to build, manage, prioritise and maintain the Product backlog
- Developing and maintaining a framework for backlog prioritisation in line with changing business priorities and key business outcomes
- Defining/Documenting/Owning Business requirements/epics
- Spearheading feature team(s) to deliver key Product features in line with the Product vision and business priority
- Implementing key Agile/SCRUM frameworks and methodologies
- Overseeing the delivery and implementation of all change related to the Product with a focus on Product quality through the Product lifecycle
- Collaborating with the Chief Product Owner to deliver key business benefits against the agreed strategic business outcomes
- Generating key Product data to inform stakeholders on product performance, key data trends and backlog movements

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of Product Ownership in an Agile transformation environment
- Solid stakeholder management skills with proven ability of spearheading and motivating others whilst working cross functionally
- Previous experience building, managing, prioritising and maintaining Product backlogs
- Experience generating presentations and MI containing key Product data to inform stakeholders on product performance and key data trends

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Wholesale Customer Onboarding, Client Maintenance and Analytics Products, expertise is required plus knowledge of the market and solutions/toolsets used
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of data analytics and MI data structures
- Experience within all stages of the Product development lifecycle
- Recognised Agile/SCRUM certifications and with PEGA workflow
