**The organisation**

Gifted is partnered with a decentralised organisation (DAO) that builds decentralised infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. In 2021 it launched an Ethereum sidechain that is secured by over 140k validators. Earlier this year, it embarked on a decentralised payment project that lets web3 developers integrate with a range of traditional payment methods, including Visa.

**The project**

Its payment solution allows users to spend their digital assets anywhere Visa is accepted with the same quick, seamless transactions they expect from a traditional debit card. An open framework provides the platform and tooling for web3 projects, wallets, and financial institutions to build their own decentralised payment solutions.

**The role**

The DAO is looking for a creative and experiment-driven growth professional to join the team and help build the core growth engine for its payment network and debit card. In true startup fashion, the role is fluid but will involve the following:
**Performance marketing**
- Develop and execute high-performing digital ads and campaigns across various platforms, including X, Google, Meta and Web3 Ad Networks.
- Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, optimize initiatives based on KPIs, and leverage customer data for insights.

**Social media management**
- Manage and optimise the company’s X channel to enhance organic engagement, alongside other social media channels in the future.
- Implement content planning and media monitoring strategies to maintain a strong brand presence.

**Content and SEO development**
- Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs to develop insights and create a content and SEO development roadmap.

**Conversion optimisation**
- Refine and optimise conversion strategies based on the assessment of outcomes.
- Scale successful initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Collaboration and Reporting**
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies with company goals.
- Report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**The person**

The role requires someone who can build and scale a paid marketing engine, alongside a content marketing engine, and optimize a referral program. It would be great if you also have the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in a growth generalist role at startups, preferably in the payments industry and/or web3.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and leveraging analytics tools.
- Experience in managing social media, content planning, and optimising organic engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation and developing SEO strategies using tools like Ahrefs.
- A genuine interest in web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the decentralised ecosystem, coupled with a desire to leverage technology for positive societal change.
