We need an AWEsome Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team at AWE.

Location: Hybrid and flexible working, with our offices based in Berkshire between Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury with onsite parking and public transport services.

**Salary**: Starting at £35,120 this is very much open to negotiation if you can dazzle us with an array of AWEsome engagement skills and experience.

What’s exciting is:
Every day is different and you will be joining us at a truly exciting time in our history with lots of exciting projects for you to immerse yourself in.

A typical day for an Employee Engagement Specialist could look like this:

- Managing the monthly pulse survey - tracking how people feel about working here
- Agreeing target audience writing questions and interpreting results for stakeholders
- Sharing dashboards of key insights and supporting leaders in the business to use and understand them
- Understanding issues such as business function restructures so they can be reflected in the survey
- Managing and organising the engagement champion network
- Organise and host a fortnightly listening forum
- Ad hoc projects which are variable such as line manager support packs and understanding insight material
- Designing and delivering the ‘we said, we’re doing’ communications campaign including writing communications and working with the design team
- Working with the video and photography team to gather case studies on the employee experience

We would like you to demonstrate:

- A genuine love for data and insight
- Commitment to improving employee experience
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to extrapolate and summarise data to draw out key insights
- Adept at plate spinning - project management is key
- Comfortable with doing simple calculations and graphs in Excel - they are central to this role
- Working on communication campaigns

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

Important things you need to know:

- Interviews will be 60 minutes on TEAMS and will include a 5-to-10-minute presentation
