**Purpose of role**

Increase the amount of money and other resources for Capella to deliver more support to the people we work with. You will create suitable fundraising activities and campaigns that target individuals, groups and businesses. You will also help increase awareness of the charity by telling stories about our work and impact.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will possess excellent analytical, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be able to demonstrate attention to detail and have a proven track record of successful fundraising. You will have a high level of passion and enthusiasm in working with us to achieve our vision of helping people thrive.

Your expertise and innovation will enable us to expand and diversify our income generation through a range of fundraising activities which will allow us to support more families in future. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Services, you will play a key role in raising our profile by identifying opportunities for growing our income through creating and implementing new approaches to fundraising.
