Using technical skills, remote access capabilities and on site support.
- Contribute, as part of the team, to the client KPIs for first time fix and call times by working flexibly to meet client demands
- Configure network printers, infrastructure cabinet patching,
- WiFi installations and WAP resolutions,
- Hardware and software installations,
- Server installs and support,
- anti-virus support, clinical system support and migration setup,
- VPN remote access support

What you'll need to succeed:

- Foundation certificate in ITIL Service management
- Technical Qualifications such as MCSE, MCP or A+ Certification
- Be familiar with ITIL V3 or V4 service management principles
- Experience in an IT service desk Environment
- Experience of delivering complex IT support directly to customers
- Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
- Possess a calm & friendly disposition and able to manage difficult situations with all levels of customer
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

This is a 3 month contract with a strong posibility to extend
